George Washington:President of the United States, 1789-1797 by James MacGregor Burns and Susan Dunn. The New York Council for the Humanities has awarded the Keeler Library a grant as part of their Reading Between the Lines program. John Steele Gordon, North Salem resident, and historian will lead the four part discussion series. Gordon has a distinguished writing career.
